What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with
The only third parties who may on occasion have access to information are the postal delivery service who simply gain the delivery address, and the parties we work with who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. We will only work with third parties whose Privacy Policies match the high standards of the one in practice by The Della HQ and that comply with all Singapore data protection laws.
For law compliance reasons, to protect the rights of ourselves or others, to enforce our site policies or for safety reasons, The Della HQ may be requested to release information.
Part of The Della HQ’s social mission is to better understand female sexual wellness in Singapore and worldwide. We anonymise customer data and analyse trends from the data to better understand this and deliver the best customer experience possible. The Della HQ reserves the right to share or sell anonymsed data where the insights can positively contribute to the greater understanding of women’s health. The Della HQ will never share or sell non-anonymsed customer data to third parties that are not directly involved in our business.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request at anytime that we erase any personal data we hold about you by sending an email to email@example.com.
This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

The Della HQ is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have put in place the relevant physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information that we collect online, in order to prevent unauthorised access or any disclosures of information.
The data we collect from you is stored in Singapore but may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside of the Singapore (but still compliant with Singapore data protection laws). It may also be processed by staff operating outside of Singapore. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing.
Your passwords are stored in encrypted form. We do not disclose your account details, postal or email addresses to anyone except when legally required to do so.
Please note, we do not store any credit or debit card details.
